Dear World,

I don't understand wars. I don't understand the hate that generates them or their purpose. I don't share it and I can't accept it. I wonder how I could help you get better.
I would like to help bring more peace, love and kindness on earth. It may sound ambitious but it can always be done even if it is a little something and then something else. You start with something and I want to start here.
I firmly believe that the feeling of love in its broadest sense makes us people happy and therefore makes us vibrate in a very good way. We come from the love of our parents and with love we bring our children. The comfort, the shelter, the caress of love in our homes makes us give more love. It's like that, it's a chain of more love.
To the extent that we give, we also receive love and respect from our friends, acquaintances, colleagues, neighbors, or the salesperson who serves us in a store. If I smile at others, they smile me back. If I ask someone with kindness and genuine interest how he / she is, even if it is a social question with a brief answer, the other person receives the good signal and awakens a nice reaction and even if is not on his / her best day, that moment of kindness love improves everything in the blink of an eye.
Each one of us, beyond shyness, because not all of us are open or extroverted, we can all start for ourselves to be kinder to each person we meet. After all, as they say, "courteousness does not take away from bravery." So, what does it cost us to be nice to each other? When in reality they even give us something beautiful back too.
It wouldn't be very difficult to reach good people with this idea. But I keep wondering how to bring feelings of love to those who live hating and taking the lives of others in their hands. This has to change.
In this letter I leave my readers an SOS request. Please let me know what we could do to have a better world, with more peace and more love.

My idea
I propose that we hug more and with great desire as if there were no other opportunity or as if each day were the long-awaited reunion after a long time.

More kisses, more hugs and more smiles = More love.

It may sound naïve but they are concrete and simple actions that are good for all of us. For something one starts.
​
I also invite you not to be complicit in discrimination based on race, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation, bullying or any type of violence, not even bad manners.
​
Let us not allow a person to be devalued or excluded for being different. Let's say something about it. If we witness a negative act of this nature, let us make a comment at the same moment to stop it. Let's always speak calmly, from love, we don't want to be the ones who become aggressive.
​
Violence generates more violence.
​
Love generates more love.
​
I want a world with more love. More tolerant, more inclusive, kinder and more respectful.
This is my vision of a world with love.
